Kilt Making Online Course Agreement - Renewal Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the renewal of access to the Paula Duncan Bespoke Kilt Making online training programme.
By purchasing a renewal of access, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
This renewal option is offered exclusively to existing students who have previously purchased access to the online kilt making course. It is not the purchase of a new course.
How Your Subscription Works
If you've paid for 12 months in full:
Your subscription gives you 12 months' access to the online kilt making instructions from your start date.
At the end of the 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to renew again if you'd like to continue accessing the training.
If you're paying monthly:
Your subscription provides rolling monthly access to the online kilt making instructions.
If a payment is missed, access to the course will be suspended until payment is received.
You can cancel at any time by emailing paula@pauladuncankilts.com.
1. Renewal of Course Access
The renewal option is available only to students whose original course access period has ended or is due to expire.
A renewal provides continued access to the existing course materials and community support for the period purchased. It does not include a new course, replacement course materials or a second course licence.
Your renewed access period (currently 12 months unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase) begins from the date your renewal is activated.
2. Course Access
During your renewal period, you will have access to the online course materials included within your original purchase, along with any updates or improvements made to those materials during your active subscription period.
Access is provided to one named student only and is strictly personal.
Your login details must not be shared with any other person.
3. Kilt Club Community Access
Where included within your renewal package, you will continue to have access to the Kilt Club community for the duration of your renewal period.
The Kilt Club is intended to provide encouragement, support, discussion and shared learning relating to traditional hand-stitched kilt making.
To protect the supportive nature of the community, Paula Duncan Bespoke Kilt Making reserves the right to remove access to the Kilt Club where a member engages in behaviour that is abusive, offensive, disrespectful or disruptive to other members.
No refund will be provided following removal where this action is necessary due to a breach of community standards.
4. Digital Content, Immediate Access and Cancellation Rights
This renewal provides immediate access to digital content.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request that access to the digital course materials begins immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that once access has been activated, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where that right applies to digital content supplied immediately.
As access to the renewed digital content is provided immediately, renewal fees are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by UK law.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or where you have other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All course materials remain the intellectual property and copyright of Paula Duncan Bespoke Kilt Making.
This includes, but is not limited to:
